My First Alfa Going to Los Angeles
I just found out my first Alfa Romeo, a beautiful '73 GTV is heading to Los Angeles. I sold the car to a gentleman up in New England back around 2000. That gentleman has just now sold it to a woman in L.A. I'm attaching a pic.

I saw this alfa advertised on E-bay I think. She is a gem. Glad to see she's coming to California to help avoid the rust. Be nice seeing her on the streets out here in the sunshine!

Very nice color. Is that an original silver? Black or Brown interior?

The car's paint is the original color.....Champagne Metallic. It is even printed that way on the window sticker. The funny thing about the eBay ad some weeks ago is that it was a scam. The pics and description were stolen from another site where it was listed for sale. The scammer posted the stolen pics and description on eBay. The seller and I both both noticed it and got it shut down prior to anyone being taken.
It's a nice car. Hate to see it leave the East Coast!

If I'd seen the ad, good chance it wouldn't

It IS a nice car! And, although it is leaving the East Coast, the good news is that it is going to be loved and cherished by an Alfisti who has really wanted exactly this car...and in the end, that is what counts. I am sure that Justbeachy will be a great 'care-taker' of the car for as long as she and the car stay together.

Good thing it's coming HOME
It would be selfish to subject such a nice car to such horrible conditions, wouldn't it?
Completely joking, but very nice looking Alfa!

Oh....oh...barring any of life's little surprises...you'll have to pry this baby out of me...never ever gonna' give him up! Heck, I'm going to smother him to death with care! (giggles) Should be here by Friday...can't sleep for worrying. Decided to ship it as everyone who could do the road trip needed to wait until Christmas week...figured by then the weather would indeed be an issue.
