I said it before and Ill say it again now that ive seen the back end concepts over at italiaspeed.com...

Say goodbye to the 8C.. The writing is on the walls here, the Brera concept monster 8 cyl turns into the smaller Brera, and the 8C turns into this, the styling cues are obvious, and sad...

OMG...

Thae front end looks just amazingly hideous, like the worst elements from the Impreza and SLR.
The raised middle part of the hood just looks so wrong, probably try to get it "F1" but honestly, who thinks an F1 looks good?

The rear looks great though, I like the "chopped off" feel even though it's a little bit "Corvette", Alfa has done this before so it's ok.

Agree. I love the rear end but the front of this car just looks down right scary. I don't see how this can be an improvement over the 146. To me, the front looks nothing like the 8C.

If the 149 looks like the 8C, it would be HOT! Most beautiful small car ever. I hope it doesn't look like the photos that shows it looks like a Subaru, because it look like crap.

If the car turns out looking like this it should do quite well.

The 156 design concept drawings actually looked quite a bit like the first version of the car. Let's hope the 149 actually looks like these drawings. Any idea what the price is going to be?

I think it does look good. Too bad it won't be a jr 8C in all respects.
