hello all! we had listed the alfa spider on ebay and it brought out alot of questions. i answered all with integrity and honesty. i have not had alot of time this year to spend extra time on the computer or i would have tried to explain in greater detail. i have found it interesting to go back and read some of the comments on various sites. as most things that are not understood things are made up so we can make ourselves understand them alot of speculation and assumptions. here is the short the US government offices in charge of trade imports allows a certain number of vehicles to be imported
in the United States for whatever reason. there are federally licensed mechanics to perform the necessary tasks to insure that a non conforming vehicle be brought up (or down) to U.S. standards. this particular alfa came in documented from Oklahoma
i.am going to assume that all of these assumptions were the reason the spider did not sell. and this is ok. the reason it was up for sell is that chronic back pain wont allow my girlfriend the ability to drive the car we are looking for an automatic transmission vehicle if i can help answer anything else feel free to email me i am not too concerned with selling but it would have helped with a another purchase. thanks
