Alfetta GT & GTV Registry

F1 Tommy had such a great idea starting a registry thread on the final incarnation of the Alfetta GT that I thought one should be started for the first and original version.

Also I want to know what is the oldest surviving Alfetta GT and the interior changes that occurred overtime.

I unfortunately don't have a picture of mine but it is an early Alfetta GT 1.8 which was manufactured on the 4th August 1975 for the Australian market so it is a Right Hand Drive.

Chassis No: AR 116110001792 and the
Engine Number: 4R01608531094

Geez.............Now everybody wants one.

What's next, an Alfetta sedan registry?

SD

I better add that this is a joke - you never know how words can be taken to mean different things to different peoples.

AHEM! If you'll look in my signature, you'll see I've been running an Alfetta Sedan registry long before all you Johnny-come-lately's decided you should have one too.

Actually, I have seen it!

And I have also seen your beautiful collection. I think they are very attractive, appealing Alfas, with all sorts of promise.

When I was a kid in the 80's there was a mid '70s vintage Alfetta Sedan "cut away" car tucked away in a far corner of the Service Department at Alfa Romeo HQ in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. I wonder whatever happened to that car? It must have been used originally at a show as a demo or maybe it was displayed upstairs on the showroom floor before being relegated to the basement. Memories...
