Alfetta GTV Diff

I am busy removing the diff from my 84 2l GTV as the spiders gears have failed. If I turn one wheel the other side stands still! I have stripped another diff to get the spider gears out and find that it has 4 spider gears. Is this normal or is it some form of LS diff?
