RileyBoy, what a strange place to pick to find pistons for a prewar Riley. Have you been using Alfa pistons? I'd try to figure out what is causing the pistons to break in the first place.
My suggestion would be that After you have figured out what the problem is would be to take an Original piston from a supercharged Riley of the same engine as you have and have custom forged pistons made. Could it be that the head has been milled once too often? Or that the engine has been hot rodded way past what it was originally?
