Performatek - is he still in the business?

Hi Guys

Did anyone succeeded in contacting Andy from PERFORMATEK lately ?
I'v been trying to contact him for the last month through emails, phone number, cell phone...and with out any luck so far.
His answering machine apears to be full!

Is he still in the business or what ? is he ok ?
Does anyone knows anything ?

I'v been dealing with him for years and everything was always grate, but this last month he is not answering anywhere i try.

I paid for a Tarox brake kit (wich is a lot) a month ago and got no answer since then.

I got a package in the mail from Andy two nights ago. He is still alive, hopefully still recovering and getting parts out to you guys.

OK, so it's not just me. I've not been able to get in contact with him via e-mail, where he's normally pretty quick to respond. I hope everything is ok.

I mailed him just before Christmas and eventually got an answer end of March ! Then lost contact again. I really would´nt prepay something and lose contact for 3 months! So I think it would be fair of him to inform his customers on his site or here what is going on, because treating your customers like this is not serious business!

Sorry, but I have to agree. You are either running the business or not, and not answering via your primary contact details is is just not good enough. I won't be doing any business with PerformateK, since it obviously doesnt need my business if my enquiries are ignored.

I talked to him just a couple weeks ago. I hope he is OK. I need to order a few thing from him so I will give him a call next week.

I need to know whats the status of the Tarox kit order wich is already paid, and i hope he is just on vacation or something and that he's ok.
Altough i think he should have putted some note on his answering machine or on his web site.
A month + is a long time.

I just bought some stuff from Andy, and while it was a typical alfa parts month to get the parts (I chalk this up to scant availabilty), he was good about responding when I asked for an estimate on delivery. I hope he continues his business, which is a labor of love and good for us.......I will simpathize with those waiting for stuff and not hearing back. That can make you nervous, no doubt!

Finaly! tallked to him on the phone today.
Was glad to hear his voice and to know that he's ok.
He appologized for not replaying having few issues of his own but its ok, i understand things happens sometimes.
Well, everything is back on track i hope, and there is an happy ending, execly the way i like it! (-:

Hey everyone
There is just one thing i want to make clear before i give it a rest!
My only concern when opening this topic was to Andys health! i was realy worried about tha guy.
Hes been nothing but a good honest seller and also a good freind for all the years i'v known him and dealed with him.
It wasnt like him to dissapear for so long and that was the only reason i got concerned about him and opened this topic.
Its realy important for me that pepole would know that its not normal and that he's truely a grate guy and most reliable person i'v known in this business.

I think he should be more concerned about his customers relations! It´s easy enough to send a message on mail in a couple of minutes and not let people wonder for months.

Also over here people have prepaid and not getting any response for long time. Not good for future business!
