I believe the "official" red for all GTV6es is AR-501 "Alfa Rosso" (It's a different ingredient list for more or less the same result as AR-303 used on Giulias).
That's AR-501/1, btw.
I'm the original owner of an '82, red, date of manufacture Dec.'86.
It is red, and the paint code on the rear hatch is AR 530.
Check paintscratch.com....I think they list it,
