wiring/ repair manual

I just picked up a 76 mario andretti signature alfetta. it's been sitting for five years. The fuel pump is in working order, however it does not work until i wire it directly. I changed fuses(well the obviously blown ones) still nothing I have no owners manual or repair manual, both of which are impossible to find or way beyond my price range. I need a full wiring diagram, and fuse center diagram to eliminate doing the tracing by hand. anyone who can help?

You might want to check out this link: Available Wiring Diagrams
papajam is the man. I believe if you ask nicely he might just oblige.

By the by, welcome newbie. I'm relatively a newcomer here as well.

Regards,
Gerry

Welcome to the BB!

Just read your email. I'll send you a diagram when I get home from work this evening.
In the meantime, you may want to check the inertia switch. In the event of a crash, this switch turns off power to the fuel pump. Many inertia switches are a cylindically shaped device maybe 1" in diameter and perhaps 4" long. It will have a reset button on the top and two pink (or maybe pink/white stripe) wires on the bottom and should be somewhere in the engine bay. Try pushing the reset button.
