The Alfa decor is not from the shelf as I know, but has to be ordered from a good design shop. It was used on the Alfa 155 V6 TI racers.
About the Braid wheels, some are for the road, some are for racing. The ones on the no. 6 car are for racing for sure. Anyway they are very flexible and you can order wheels after your own dimensions as long as they are safe. There is a dealer in Canada:
