What are my options to replace rear calipers?

Ok so I have a problem here. The rear calipers on my gtv6 are too far corroded to rebuild myself with a simple rebuild kit. I have tried on two different sites to buy remanufactured calipers that didn't require cores. Both sites could't get them because they're out of production and issued me a refund. Should I just order remanufactured ones form International and send in my cores, or buy a set of good used ones? This is a "budget" car, and I've already been spending quite alot on it Any input is greatly apreciated!!
Thanks,
Mike

I'm never looking to spend money for the heck of it but if you buy good used ones you really don't know what you are getting - they could start leaking in one month or 10 years, who knows? If you are planning on keeping the car for a good long time get a new set from IAP, and while you are at it throw new rear disks on with new pads and you won't have to worry about any of it for years to come. IF the used calipers are just a really great deal - then it may be worth it to you , just keep in mind they may last or you may be back under the car this time next year.

Well i had the intentions of putting in an all new brake set up in the rear, so i ordered all the parts, just been having a tough time getting the calipers So I have new rotors and pads, just need the calipers to actually drive the car.

I have rear caliper rebuild kits from IAP that I can use to rebuild a good set of used calipers. Would this be a good substitution?

You can't really rebuild them yourself. No kit comes with all the needed seals, and even if they did, there is no way to get at the seal that's located at the inboard adjuster. They really have to be rebuilt by a specialist. Hence, I suggest getting rebuilt units from either IAP or Performatek.
