gtv6 gearbox reinstallation help

i am currently in the process of getting my gearbox back in my gtv6. it seems that the whole rear suspension has shifted, and everything is now crooked. the gearbox is held in by its main bolt. the drive shaft is not lining up. any ideas on how to get everything back together? thanks

Not sure what could cause that, do you have the watts linkage on the correct side? The bent one goes on the side with the exhaust, but I would think they are the same length. Do you have the front trans mounts bolted in?
