Fetta cheese part 3
Anybody have good luck replacing these aluminum?? strips in the front and rear bumper. I might go with just plain 1/4 rounded rubber black molding.

Beautiful job on the car. You've accomplished every goal I had for that car during my time with it. Here's some pics of when I woke her up.
Also, licenseplates.tv can supply you with a great repro front plate for $75.00. I just purchased one for my GTV and it's excellent quality.
Enjoy,
Gregg

I love the way those wheels look. I have an extra set for mine and have wondered what they would look like on the car with tires. They would really look good with some spacers bumping them out a little bit.

Manuel you have done a fantastic job! You now have a car you can drive for 20 years! And a driver she is!
Best
Andy
P.S. Did you ever get the door-seal rubber to be more pliable, so that they shut without slamming? That was a big problem for me as a passenger once destroyed an interior door pull by trying to shut the door. Let me know how you worked it out! Thanks

Door rubber is replaced .
Hi Andy I replaced the door rubbers in the front with new ones and they are softer. The doors close very well. I Plan on doing the bumpers(change the strips out) soon and the A/C unit, also I will install emblems on the rims. The car is driving like a true sport sedan. Fast, and comfortable at the same time. Thanx all for your feedback. Updates will come soon. Manuel

Once again I am SO delighted that this car went to such a wonderful home! Both I AND the previous-previous owner (ducaromeo) are so happy to see the car looking beautiful and getting such a great new life! Thanks again for a job extremely well done!

Do the big body Alfetta sedans weigh much more than the small bodies? Do they drive differently?

Hey Manuel, when you do restore the license plate, I have the proper "JUN" (red-and-white stripe vintage) year sticker for the car. PM me with your address and I will send it to you
best

Sport Sedan at Concorso Italiano, Monterey in August?
Hey Manuel:
I think that the ivory Sport Sedan would make a FANTASTIC addition to the lineup at Concorso Italiano this year. Would you consider driving it up? I can almost guarantee you will have the only Sport Sedan!
BTW, Alfa Club of Northern California sponsors the cocktail party (post event) and it will be my pleasure to buy you a celebratory drink!
What do you think?
