Hi Manuel:
Wow, I am SO happy that my car found such a good "family". It is absolutely gorgeous looking. Did you find the rubber for the side glass? That had been a worry for me. Also, you should have NO trouble with this passing smog as all correct components are present (one of the reasons i bought it in the first place). Bravo at such a great job you are doing!

are you going to re-install the "sport sedan" nameplates on the c-pillar area below the vents? Perhaps you've just not got to that part yet

Hi Manuel and thanks. I cannot remember, but was that car originally fitted with A/C or are you doing a retrofit?
Wow, that side window glass missing made me crazy with the rattles of the glass in the frame. I saw on the list that there were some donor cars, perhaps the best thing to do would be to pull it from them?
What kind of interior upholstery work are you having done? Are you having the door panels redone but NOT in the original fuzzy-wuzzy style?
Forgive me for living this vacariously through you. I just ran out of time and money on this project! I always loved the car
Best

No AC to start with..
I pulled an AC complete unit out of a 79 sprint veloce "Alfetta" . Drivers window doesn't rattle anymore, Spica was rebuilt and belts were replaced and new headlight/signal switch istalled . I aslo got some really nice Alfetta rims powder coated for it . Photos to come after interior is done . I'll keep you posted. Cheers Manuel....

Can I Have My Car Back?
I just found this thread after doing a search for GTV ball joint replacement of all things.
Anyway, that's MY old car! Andy only had it for about a year (couldn't handle the power I guess ), but I owned that car for almost five years and daily drove it for two. I bought it at a charity for $150.00 and went through almost everything (except the body and interior).
Check out my avatar - there's your car with the engine going back in. Let me know if you have any questions about work that was done so you don't do any unecessary work.

manual,
do you mind if i ask approx how much the paint/body work was? just curious what it costs to repaint an older car. it seems body shops don't give out estimates anymore which seems pretty basic to me but what do i know?
anyways, any info appreciated and/or updates on the car.

Hi Manuel! Once again I am SO happy that my Avorio Sport Sedan found you! Hey, I saw this ad and I thought it would be something you could use:
Alfetta Sedan NOS Window Scraper Set
Keep me posted on the progress of this project and keep up the good work, cheers

Scraper set
Hey guys I was on those scrapers like white on rice the minute they posted. Interior is now complete. Still didn't get to install the AC unit though and still no radio . The car is stored with BBer Haig until this crazy rain stops. I'll post more photos soon. Thanx all.

Hi Manuel:
Can't wait! I admire that you have had the courage to do what I failed to do on that car! Who did the dashboard fix?
thanks

OK its finally nice out for some updated Alfetta news!
As I mentioned BBer Haig has been kind enough to be "step dad " to my Alfetta , he has washed and detailed the car for our pleasure. These picks show the upholstery done! Dash, seats, door panels, shifter boot, headliner.etc.... I still have to address the dash glove box door the steering wheel refinish, the bumper stripes, and also the Ac console area. This project is now at 85% capacity to me at least. Please any feedback is welcome. Thanx for taking these photos Haig Manuel..............
