Poor Maratona on Ebay

Anyone see that poor maratona on ebay...

Alfa Romeo : MARATONA GTV6:eBay Motors (item 220506344260 end time Nov-15-09 16:25:15 PST)

I don't know. I kinda feel bad for it.

Not a project I would want to take on.

I wish I had the room and time for it, I think it would be worth saving...

I love how they have cardboard under the engine to keep the leaking whatever from killing the grass.
At least they took pictures of all the bad stuff. I'm not sure that I have seen one with that much rust....

I am not sure how I would even go about fixing something like that. I am taking off the rear bumper on my 85 GTV6 and putting in a roll pan without any bumper and I am having issues with good metal. Finding a good place to weld and making sure it is strong enough is a battle by itself. Forget about dealing with rust on the A pillars... The body kit would be cool but just more weight with the same bumpers.
