I purchased one several months ago. My original bezel was cracked and discolored. One of the problems the crack created for me was a buzz when the top was open and I was driving at highway speed. I would have to keep the release handle half way open to create pressure on the bezel and stop the buzzing. I thought the replacement seemed expensive (and it is). Nevertheless, the quality of the item is very good. It is a substantial aluminum alloy that fit perfectly and solved the buzzing noise. From an appearance point of view it cleans up the look - now that it is white and not yellow.
