Steering Rack Heat Shields

I removed my steering rack on my '83 GTV6 back in May and am finally getting around to finishing the job and putting it back together (I know, I'm weak). Now I can't remember where one of the heat shields go. Below are pictures of the two shields. I know where the top one goes. The bolt hole on the left side goes under the drivers side rack mount, held in by the forward bolt of the rack mount. The other end is attached to the side of the body above the steering shaft rubber coupler.

It's the bottom shield that I can't remember where it goes. Anyone remember?
