Great project! I take it you have spent a few $$$ on braided hoses and fittings!
Is the exhaust finishing under the car just like that?

brilliant idea for exhaust, but what about the fumes exiting while at the traffic lights etc? what country is the car in? not another sydney beast is it? [im refering to the twin turbo alfetta sedan, after reading the 'sprint performance' sticker and seeing the gaurd vents, kinda nudged a memory...]

ACE18P, what you've done appears to be of the highest quality. Interesting hood/bonnet. The craftsmanship seems to be first rate. Those welds on the engine bay aluminum parts are really outstanding. I do wonder about the exhaust also. Not only where and how it ends, but adding all of that extra heat next to the donuts/guibos - which I can only assume will be 'stretched' (pun intended) to the limit as it is with all of the additional power.
I am greatly surprised to see what appears to be large amounts of rust in the forward engine/suspension support (last photo).
I too would like to see more photos.

Hi ACE18P,
one very nice gtv that you have built. I'm currently building an 1984 giulietta 2.0l with an efi conversion that I have completed my self, running a new microtech ecu. Just wanted to ask where you purchased the rear vented rotors. I've asked everyone in melbourne and no one has anything. Also what oil pump did you use for the gearbox and where did you buy it? Does that oil get pumped out of the fill plug, into the oil cooler and back into the draining plug in the gearbox.
Overall you have done an excellent job, and please do keep us informed about horsepower levels and various other details, such as ecu type etc, etc.
regards;
Marco.

That fuel cell with dual pumps looks very familair. http://www.alfabb.com/bb/forums/pict...o-v6-3-0l.html
As Biba mentioned, the front subframe rails are showing their age. I like the color and wheel combo. I noticed that with the wheel adapters and front being lowered, she has quite a bit of negative camber there...

??Anyone happen to notice that the first post/photos was from ACE18P, the subsequent ones from Gturbo, and ever since we've just been talking amongst ourselves??
I confess I still can't get over plowing that much time/effort/money into such an ambitious project and not bother to repair the structure - and possibly reinforce it. It would be nice to hear more about it. Obviously it wasn't a runner when these photos were taken. No spark plug wires, the rear sway bar end appears to interfere with the springs, etc.
Perhaps the person doing the work wanted to show off his handiwork/skills (I sure would) and the owner nixed any more photos?

To Gturbo,
thanks very much for your reply, being looking for these rotors for a while. Ive got pace engineering number will give him a call.
I'm very interested in the way you have completed the oil cooling system for the gearbox. Could you please tell me what oil pump you used and where you got it? As I to have installed an alfa 75 twinspark gearbox into my giulietta.
regards;
Marco.
