No panhard rod (really would like one someday) but I do have IAP sport springs, Koni Yellows, frame stiffner, neg. 2 deg camber with a competition alignment, poly bushings, a stock rear sway bar, a 29 mm front sway bar and the suspension has been balanced.

The car was so neutral at the track, when I spun it was do to down shifting going into the corner causing the rear tires to drag at the same time I was turning.

That's great then, sounds like you can't get much better than that as far as balance goes.

If you're still working on getting a grip on such a powerful car, you could mess around with the tire pressures to make the car understeer slightly, this could give you more confidence to attack the turns harder, which would give you a better lap time. A neutral car is just about the quickest way around a track though ( I think a car with a touch of oversteer is the quickest on most tracks, especially smaller, tighter ones.).
