Looks like a commercial that they are going to use to promote the Mito here in the US. They just give you a little flash of the car as a teaser.

Actually, it's from a contest last year on Italian QOOB.tv for the launch of the Mito:
mitocontest - leggi tutte le discussioni su QOOB

Though I do like the short, I don't think Alfa's quirkiness needs any more emphasis in a U.S. ad campaign. Nevertheless, I would be nice to see an actual teaser from Alfa for the U.S., even if it's just something posted on YouTube (and no, the 8C driving on the Lost Coast doesn't count).

Should we call the dance here the "Milano mosh"?

The problem with the MiTo is that it is too heavy and underpowered. IMO, the Fiat Abarth 500ESS or the 149GTA when it comes will be better choices.
