Wheels, telephone dial

I guess this falls under the category of For sale.. I have a 92 alfa that came stock with the dial type wheels.. They're in good shape, no curb rash, and I have all 5.. (Paint is coming off the one in the trunk, I don't think it has seen any use at all) Here's my dilemma.

I what to purchase the Cromodora wheels that IAP advertises, but they are 14 inch, and the Dial wheels are 15 inch so I need to sell these and buy both wheels and tires.... that's a heavy hit on my "TOYS" credit card. Might need to do this in pieces..

If you need a Dial type wheel, I don't know where you could even purchase one, so these ought to bring a fair price, I just don't know what that might be.

My Alfa is a fair weather Garage queen, only comes out in the summer on a nice day, so it is NOT a daily driver.

Any offers or suggestions?

Thanks

Greetings: Where are you located? Perhaps a swap could be arranged for the interim. Another alternative, and one I would be taking if I were in the position, is to buy a set of the Alfaholic's 15" GTA wheel:Alfaholics GTA Veloce 7X15

14" wheels are a very poor choice, mainly because of the very poor selection of tires in the 14" dia. Also be careful to select tires that keep the original wheel(with tire) O.D.
Your phone dial wheels have little or no real value, you would be lucky to get $350 for all five.
I had my phone dials polished to the base alloy and they look great, no paint. They are asy to clean up with a bit of polish.
Also if you are buying new wheels, keep in mind that a Ford Focus Emergency spare will fit right up on your alfa, so you can save on the fifth (spare). All you need is to make sure the wheel nuts will clamp the steel of the Em spare. I carry a set of Honda steel wheel nuts. THe Em Spare weighs about #20 less than the OE phone dial wheel/tire.

fair price.

I will be selling the phone dial rims, but don't know what a fair price would be.

I have all five, and only the one in the trunk (Which has never seen the road) needs to be re-painted, there's no rash or curb damage.

Springfield Virginia... its about 10 minutes west of Washington DC.
Also, I'm not averse to heading out route 66 or down towards Fredricksburg..
If that helps.

Photo's

Gettin close, the first two wheels arrived from Serpentine auto, and I expect the next two in a week or two. I live in Springfield Va. but can meet with someone in a 50 mile radius. I have some tepid potential buyers, so these are going to whoever offers the best deal. ( read soonest )

I would include the lugnuts that are there... here's some shots.. only did the side of the car that gets the curb rash..(the right... but you can see that the tires are almost new.. Pierilli P-4000's

Here's the rear shot of the RR:

Next a front shot of the same wheel:

Now the RF:

and the whole car, which is a garage queen only taken out on nice days...

I need to check into shipping a little better to see if I can find who has the best rate. Also would be nice if the tire/wheel et. al. could be shipped out. If I have to plunk 20 bucks to have tires taken off the rims it only adds to the cost.

I doubt this would be of interest to you, but I'll throw it out anyway...
If you like the style of 15" wheel that came on the 1981-84 ALFA GTV6, I would be willing to consider some sort of trade on just the wheels. I have 9 of that style, so you could have the best 4 or 5 from my stash. If you have the hots for the Cromadoras, mine have a very different look. Just a thought. You have a very nice Spider, BTW!!
