Dear Jonathan:
Please let me know when you plan to put the next batch in production.
I missed out on the last one because my restoration has been delayed.
Best,

Jean-Luc De Fanti

Is there any chance someone will consider doing a pattern for 7" X 15" GTAM type wheels that can be used on the Montreal? I for one would be definately interested in a set. Any takers???

I have asked the same why dont produce a set of GTAm wheels that can be used om the Montreal but i will go for 7x17 that would look even nicer

I agree that the Montreal would be a knock-out with GTAm style wheels: I once saw a nice photoshop image of this and have since thought that these were the wheels that the Montreal should have come with.

If anyone decides to make a GTAm replica that fits the Montreal, I would definitely be interested.

My understanding, though, is that there are technical challenges to this since the shape/offset of the GTAm wheel cannot be accomodated within the Montreal wheel arches.

Come on Jonathan!
You can do a run of the GTAM wheels for us guy's with Montreal's!!! Please!!! How's that?
If someone has a CAD file of the surface of an existing GTAM wheel, or has a wheel, it can be scanned and modified with the correct offsets without too much problem. The trouble is I don't have a GTAM wheel or I would get it done. Anyone with a GTAM wheel who will let us get it scanned?

We need to get some numbers behind us here folks. How many of you Montreal owners would like a set of GTAM style wheels for their cars? You know that if the wheels get made, there a whole lot of other Alfa Romeo models that could use them too. Right?
Am I helping to make the business case for you here Jonathan of group4wheels?

I for one would love a set of the wheels, especially if they look as good as the doctored image! I believe in fact they would look better in real life. If you do not remember, the Type 33 ran wheels like this. As the Montreal has a engine derived from the Type 33 Sports Car, I think it inly right, it should have wheels that relate. ****, they look good!!!

...just to finish off here, I believe with the added width, they would sit further outboard, and that would give the car a better stance. Closer Wheel to sheet metal offset.

I'll do a little research and let you know what I find out. It's all about creating the right look...and with this wheel you need a lot more dish/offset.

By the way a new batch of 15" Turbinas has just come off the production line.
