Need help......

I'm looking for better photos of this steering wheel.
The wheel is purported to be sourced from an early '50's (pre-1954) Alfa.
Along with better photos, I'm also looking for one to purchase.
Any help with photos, sources, etc. will be greatly appreciated.

TIA,
James

On first sight, I notice the "Riva" script on the dashboard, so the steering wheel is obviously used on a boat.

This here is the standart steering wheel of a 1900 Berlina:

It looks similar except for the chrome ring of the horn.

I couldn't find a photo of the steering wheel of an early Giulietta, this could possibly fit as well.

Best regards
Ciao Carlo

Carlo -
First, thank you so much for the image. As we say, "close, but no cigar".
Do you think the wheel from a larger model (a 2500/2900 ?) might be the correct design? Any chance of your finding one of those? (I sold my few Alfa books along with my car many years ago, so have no references handy).
Thanks for looking!
James
PS yes the wheel is from a very rare 1953 Riva which we are restoring.

Tritone,

I suggest you contact Fabio Calligaris in Italy. He is an outstanding car restorer and the technical advisor of the 6C2500 register (contact information here). He might know what wheel this might be and/or where to get one.

Furthermore, contacting www.aftra.it may be worth a shot as they know many of the manufacturers that existed at the time.
