Anyone knows this prototype?

Hello everybody, I came across this picture without any information.
Would anyone of you know wich prototype (I suspect) this may be?

This is the TZ1 prototype (then called GTZ) shown in Turin in 1962,
see Quattroruote #84, 12 Dicembre 1962, p.085.

Real close to production except for the head lights. They ended up, thankfully round.

Hoods with both kinds of lights were shown in Turin. One reason the round lights were chosen may be that rectangular lights were not legal in USA.
