Generally, they will only provide you with the build info for a particular S/N over the internet. If you make arrangements to go there, it may be possible to see things such as blueprints, etc. I don't know exactly what the current policy is since Elvira retired.

How's their english over there? Think they can tell me a key code for my non-ignition key, mines missing? Is there a format for these emails, do I need to be very formal? Thanks.

The people at the archive have zero problem with English, and will reply usually within a day. You do't have to be the least bit formal. Giving them your VIN number will help...

i contacted them about the alfa-sud trofeo and with 2 days all the info i needed arrived at my home with DHL !!!
they are just great !!!

Eight of use alfisti in old 105s will be driving down to Italy next month for the concorso at the Villa"este on lake como.--Weve an invitation to the museum, and lunch,ill let you know regarding there english---Ill post some pics if your interested. Dave
