No. They are very similar but different cars. The car being discussed is the Watkins Glen and ex-Cohen car, chassis #412035. I believe, it is the sister car #412036 that won the 1947 Mille Miglia w/ Biondetti. The cars are distinguishable by different louvering on the sides of the bonnet, with the louvres on 412035 extending beyond the edge of the bonnet into the side of the cowl. Contemporary Millie Miglia photos of the Biondetti car do not show the louvering extending into the cowl.
