Hello,

Does anyone has any technical information, race results or pictures of the Alfetta GT V8 300 Rally? After a search on the web i found the following pictures and little technical information. Does anyone knows more about monsters...?

(V-8, 2992 cc, BxS 86 x 64,4 mm 4-Ventiler,470 PS,10.500 rpm)

This Alfetta is known as "La Bomba".
The V8 engine is from the T33. I` ll search for more information..

As far as I know there were 2 or three.
One is here in Holland. It belongs to a Mr Karel Sauerbier, a collector who has among others a Martini 155 STW ex Nannini, a wide body GTA 1600 etc. It was bought from the Dutch Euro Magnum racing combine who bought the car in Italy.
Euro Magnum races 3 75 IMSAs, several Tipo 33, GTA, etc etc. They are THE Alfa racing people in Holland. The car was demonstrated several times on the track at the annual Club day, on Assen TT circuit and on Zandvoort. Awesome car, GREAT noise, buy very troublesome, and what would you possibly DO with it???
