The 5 . I think, is a Colli 1600 based on 105 series, it has been up for sale lately.
But wonderful pictures

There are quite a few modern replicars out there that look somewhat like the real Alfa/Colli 1900 spider and the 6c3000CM Supercortemaggiore car. They may be fun "playtoys", but are far from the real thing.

This one was sitting in my computer department of unidentified Alfa objects. Otherwise books, books, books, magazines etc.

Sorry Boudewijn, that one I really have difficulties to believe. With the prime info relating to all the beautiful pictures you up till now has put on this tread, all and date for occasion with valid souse that you have shown op till now, will you then really have us to believe, that you had a treasure of a picture like this , and you didn't know. What else do you have of material in you hidden places.
Thanks anyway for you willingness to share you pictures and material with us.

You must have a fairly extensive library of period magazines, as many of the photos you post here and on the Ferrari forum don't come from books I am aware of....and I have a rather large collection. Thanks!

BTW, it's a partial quote of an article by Elvira Ruocco in La Manovella, 2001.

1/ I think we all agreed that the car was originally red when it left Zagato. The interesting thing is that the car was blue/yellow by the time it was raced in Varacas. But more interesting is how much different the car is in this photo than as it was "restored."
2/ The discarded Colli body was not around when Henry W. took the photo of the bare chassis at Zagato.
