Looking for parts

I'm looking for a couple of small pieces to complete the cooling system on my 74 GTV. I have the Euro intake manifold. Does anyone have an extra air bleeder fitting (screws into the intake manifold just behind the thermostat) or the metal restrictor that fits inside the bypass hose in the cooling system?
Is there a problem if I just put a plug in place of the bleeder. AFAIK, the Spica manifold has no such bleeder.
Also, is it a serious problem if I run without the restrictor in the bypass hose?
