1974 Gtv
A recent addition to the universible household makes it necessary to part with my 74 GTV
The specifics are posted below. If you'd like more info please email me (universible@yahoo.com), PM me or I guess you could also post questions here.
I would be more than happy to talk over the phone and/or arrange a time to meet up to show the car.
Asking $18,000 or best offer. Thanks!
This is an original California car with original blue license plates that has a 3.5 year old paint job, recent transmission rebuilt, great 2000 engine and many new parts and upgrades.
This is the perfect car for someone looking for a really nice driver, all the hard work has been done for you so it can be used as it was intended to be used. If you've looked around for GTVs recently you already know that there are only a couple of flavors, condition-wise: needs resto, needs paint or mechanical, driver, show quality. I can say that my car is solidly within the driver quality. It does not need bodywork, paint or mechanical work. The interior is in great condition and a lot of the quality upgrades most folks would like have already been done (springs, shocks, etc).

Ted,
I know why Your selling the GTV, but it is a shame after
all the time You waited for a good one to come along, and all of
the extra time You have spent an it. Someone is going
to get a nice car.
Best of luck.

Beautiful car, great photos. Hope it goes to someone who'll appreciate such a well cared for Alfa.
How do you like those Falken Azenis tires with the stiffer suspension?

I'm not sure what made the bigger difference for feel...the Falkens (which are excellent...not even sure if you can get this same model anymore) or the new shocks and Centerline springs.
I did both around the same time, and in total it completely changed the feeling of the car, for the better.
Hope that helps.

Hello,
I am interested in your GTV. My Friend Howard and I will be able to look at it this Sat if the Alfa is not sold and you are able to fit us into your schedule. If we could see it sometime in the afternoon this would be great. Please PM me. My cell phone is 415 828 9911.
Thank you very much for your prompt attention to this matter.

I saw this car this past Sunday, and the bodywork was absolutely flawless.
Good luck with the sale, Ted.
