FS: 1969 Alfa Romeo GTV 1750
THANKS FOR ALL OF THE INTEREST. SOMEONE WALKED INTO THE OFFICE WITH CASH. CAN'T IGNORE THE GREEN SO THE CAR IS GONE. THANKS AGAIN.
As much as it pains me to do this it’s time for me to sell my long time love, a 1969 Alfa Romeo GTV 1750. I have owned this car for about twelve years. I bought the car from Fred Shufflebarger in Newport Beach. She was my daily driver commuting from Arcadia to Long Beach every day of the week. After I had a small fender bender I took her out of commission for a while to have a complete restoration done on the car. The body was taken down to bare metal. The panels were beaten back into shape and any imperfections were filled with lead. (This work was done by Pino Angelo of Pino’s Auto Body in Pasadena,) The car was painted by Hung Luu who worked with Pino. Both the body and the undercarriage were addressed with any rust spots being removed and the car being prepped for a life back on the road. After several years of work, and thousands of dollars spent on body, suspension, brakes, mechanicals, interior, and trim I put her back on the road last year. She’s been a daily driver giving me 23 miles to the gallon and lots of smiles to go along with it. Now, with the demands of a growing family she has to go. I hope she can find a good home with someone who will have just as many years of enjoyment as I have had with this car. I am asking $15,000 for the car. Thanks for your interest.

Even though it's not in my nature to do such things, I think if I were lookin', I'd buy that baby sight unseen . I'd sooner abandon my family than sell something like that .

At that price, it's very tempting. I'll bet it gets snapped up quickly.

I would find a nice, dry place to store that baby until my kids got big: you WILL miss it It is beautiful! Good luck with the sale anyway.

Awesome car. I've been looking for an older GTV for some time and this looks perfect.
Looks very nice from the exterior pics, but could give more info on the actual condition of the car? Any issues on the exterior and paint? how's the engine, any problems, any oil leaks, heating, etc. Suspension and interior? and could u post more pics of the engine, interior and undercarriage.
thx. Hector

Ciao sig Napoli
if the car is still for sale I would love to see some pics of the interior. In the meantime I'll inquire as to how cars are shipped to Canada.
