Someone flag this please...
JK Lenard. Those flagger's are punks. I had a legitimate Renault Medallion ad up, and I got flagged within a day everytime, no idea why.

Grant I get flagged within five minuets of posting and Craigslist staff is useless. They told me it takes 10000 flags to remove a post now that's B/S and that only one flag per person and that is B/S as well!
I wish the C/L staff was as good as the Alfa BB staff!
BTW whats the deal with the Medallion? You know that I like odd cars. I am getting a real clean Peugeot 405 MI16 this week. Trade you the afm and ecu?

Jason users can flag a post if its posted in the wrong section is a scam is spam and so on.
The Peugeot that I am getting is not advertised for sale anywhere. Are you looking at the one that was on Craigslist SF?

Perhaps you are becoming more regarded by the CL community as a dealer than as a private seller. Or, people are beginning to suspect that you are just out to flip cars, and that has ruffled some feathers. Only you would know if that is the case.
I, myself, watch CL everyday. I have the hopeless dream of someone advertising a solid giullieta driver with a blown engine, dead tranny, and tired suspension. You know, needing all the stuff that I like to work on, and needing none of the stuff that I don't want to work on (body, paint). I know, I know, it doesn't exist. Anyway, if such a thing did pop up, I am certain that a flipper vulture would be all over it before I could even get my coat on. While the flipper is out to make a few bucks, I am looking for a car that I can love, make beautiful, and keep 'till death do us part. I am certain that there is a legion of people out there that think like me, want an Alfa for the same purpose as I do, and consequently aren't all that thrilled with someone that they view as a possible flipper (accurately or not).
If they feel that way, is it any wonder that they would click the flag button? I also doubt that these people are going to hell for it. I'm actually hoping that Alfa lovers have a special place in heaven--where parts are cheap, rockers never rust, and the singing that is heard is from an aluminum DOHC engine. I digress!
Anyway, isn't CL absolutely free? With a $0 price tag, you probably are going to need to accept the relatively unregulated nature of the system. There are other options, of course. This forum, as you mentioned, is not as wide open as CL, but the trade-off is that you are less anonymous. There are also several car classified systems where you pay a fee, and nobody can delete you until the contract has expired, regardless of your purposes. The fee is the trade-off there, of course.
Anyway, I am done thinking through my keyboard now. I just think that it might be good to keep the perspective that you lost exactly $0 by getting flagged.

I do not see anything wrong with my postings and post where they are supposed to be posted and the LAME C/L users still flag my post that is posted in the right section! And yes I hope they do go to hell they are not Alfa people they are a bunch of broke lowlifes that have nothing better to do with there time! I wish I could pay for the ad on Craigslist then the dumb A** C/L flaggers who don't know what an Alfa is could not my fag the post.
And I lost time reposting over and over again. Time is not free if so you can come over and work at my place anytime!
Mean while the scamers and spamers ads go un flagged! Type in free on any city C/L and you will see free tv ipod ETC!
Time=money ask anybody.

Why only list on free sites? Why not pay for it and be done with it? Is it really that obvious that I am missing some kind of point here? Free=Hassles.
Pay=Money spent. So your time is better spent when you are more efficient with less hassle. Is there something special about CL?
And getting Flagged means your AD gets removed if I am not mistaken, I don't think this has been clearly stated.

Here's some information Lenard:
1988 Renault Medallion (21)
Repaint - Metallic blue.
Interior is in very nice shape, no tears or rips, probably kept inside for much of its life. The ride and seats are VERY comfortable...sofa like. There is a new Clarion CD player and new Dupont front speakers. Sound quality is very acceptable.
The car was bought by my father, a Renault and Alfa Romeo enthusiast, with a bad clutch and numerous other problems. Due to the rarity of the car, he had the clutch replaced with a new unit and many of the problems fixed, and therefore, made the car into a reliable daily driver.
2.2 L (2165 cc) 8-valve I4; 110 bhp. The car gets 30 mpg in combined city and highway driving, yet seats 5 comfortably! The car has about 155K miles, does not smoke, burn oil, lose coolant, or show any signs of a weak engine. All ignition related parts were replaced including the plugs, distributor, spark plug wires, and even the oxygen sensor. Some of the other sensors could be looked at, as the engine is a little finicky in the cold.
Although the clutch is brand new, the car can pop out of first if not operated carefully.
We have 12 cars at the moment, and with another one on the way, we physically do not have space for them all. We're asking just $950 for a very efficient, reliable and collectible car that needs another caring home.

We're still hoping to get close to our target asking price due to the condition of the car, but I'm sure the Motronic stuff plus some cash would do the trick if you're interested man. If not, I'll still take that stuff from you when a few paychecks come in.
