Do you have a the original motor that goes with the car?
The engine in the photos looks like a much later model.
If you need a correct engine block I have an early 56 Spider engine block as a spare, May be useful to the eventual buyer of this car.

Sorry to give you bad news, but... Way too many things incorrect on the car to suggest a price here. Especially with the poor quality photos you provided. You will be lucky to get $10 or 12K! Look at some of the Giulietta's on eBay and see what they are getting. But please compare similar cars, i.e. wrong motor, seats, steering wheel, no hubcaps, etc (and that's just what I can see from the photos).

George, in looking at the photos as shown I think I can actually see hubcaps ?? The steering wheel appears to be a Nardi, so correct period and a nice addition, but perhaps to the purist not technically correct.
The one thing that appears a little odd is the headlights. They appear to be sitting proud of the headlight rings ?? Definitely the seats are wrong as noted by the seller.

OK, it has hubcaps, that's another =$175, and maybe a Nardi wheel, and it is an early car - '56 - eligible for all historic events. But, the wrong engine and no seats are a big problem, specifically the seats. I know first hand how hard it is to find rebuildable seats. And don't even mention the seat rails! If found they are expensive. Some guys won't care about the engine, but if you are going to restore this car, and you will probably need to, then why spend 30 to 50K on a restoration that won't be a correct numbered car. Financially it doesn't make sense.

There are so many things done improperly on this car that the concern would be what else was done poorly. Just from the vague photos and apart from the engine and seats which are major, other wrong items are the dash mirror, door panels, the dash top and nose being painted red, the dash knobs look wrong, The steering wheel is a 80's model Nardi and it looks all kinds of wrong on the car.
The headlamp trims are indeed wrong, the wiring under the hood is misplaced and on and on.
I did get some additional photos from the seller which were just as poor quality and only showed more problems, wrong tail lamps, wrong trunk structure etc. etc.
That is not to say that the seller is at fault, he was very helpful and quick to respond but was only given the photos that he had.
Being that the car is so early it would be nice for someone to put it right,
I was interested until I found out it is located in Mexico and I would need to see the car or at least very detailed pix to consider it, which are not available. DaveB
