** 1971 GTV 1750 (45,000 orig mi )
I have a 1971 Alfa Romeo 1750 GTV with 45,000 original miles.
The car has been garage stored, and not driven, since 1982.
The owner had the engine "blue printed" by the Carroll Shelby mechanics when he bought it.
Everything is original except that he installed an "Air Sensor" electronic fuel injector. I have the original carbs in a box.
He put on a new exhaust, brakes and tires (normal wear items...).
I need to sell it in two weeks!
Open for offers or ideas.

'71 Gtv
Your car sounds like an interesting project. Please post pictures of the interior, underside, and engine as well as your asking price.
Thanks.

Dear Sir,
Would you have more pictures of the car?
Do you have an idea of the asking price?
Best regards,
Jeroen

Cool find and definitely a desirable year and color combo. Will be quite a revival project for someone. A US version '71 GTV would have come with SPICA fuel injection (see the "Iniezione" on the trunk lid), so the carbs would not be original. Good luck with the sale.

Hey Tom,
I'm in Seattle and might be interested. What ballpark price are you looking for?
Can you post more pictures just showing overall condition. Also, what needs does it have that you know of??
Thanks,
Eric

Tom I am interested in a GTV like yours. Have you taken any additional pictures, of the 71 GTV, please forward your photos to me, and you PM your contact information (tel & address) , as I will be down in the Seattle area, later this week as well as the weekend. Do you have any mechanical knowledge about Alfa Romeo vehicles? I would like to take a look at your GTV. Do you have any pictures of the vehicle underside, interior, underhood mechanicals Spica, trunk close up of ext doors and sides etc to view the state of rust, damage, repairs accidents etc. (Send photos to <mell_cris@hotmail.com> )Do you know of an Alfa Romeo - Shop in your neighborhood that may have the vehicle checked from state of the body. Finally Do you have title of this vehicle to complete the sale or are you selling this for someone else?

Frank,
I have more pictures, but can only send two at a time.
Call me: Tom Schrader 360-480-9387
I can show you it this weekend if you wish... I live in Olympia, WA.
I had Daron from Vintage Customs come down and look at the car. The morror on the roof needs to go. The rocker panel most likely need work, and the electronic fuel injection system will need to be tweeked.
The rest of the car is "clean".. He can do the mechanical checking, or Bryan's Automotive here in Oly..
The car is available right now, although I have had a few offers.
Tom
