1972 Berlina Solid driver

I failed to sell the TI so I guess I'll have to sell the Berlina. It's a 1972, the 189th 2 liter Berlina made. 193,xxx miles. Currently powered by a very robust Euro spec 1750 that probably has about 130K miles on it. Head was redone by Norman Racing Group prior to my ownership, probably 30K miles ago, intake is dellorto 40DHLA's with correct period intake manifold and airbox. Car was maintained by Glenn Oliveria from ~1990 at about 40K miles until my purchase last summer at 180K with no engine. I have a list of major service items including recent brake work, water pump, fuel pump, and a transmission rebuild at about 100K (still shifts great!). I built this car to commute in and have successfully done about 13K since November. Tires are good, wipers/heater/fuel gauge/water temp gauge/oil pressure gauge all work. The only little thing it needs right now is the starter solenoid rebuilt as it requires a tap every twenty start tries or so. This car is very fast and a solid driver. A write up of my work can be found here.
Berlina project part 3: success! « Alfa Romeo Giulietta’s

Car has been in Northern California its whole life and wears its original blue and yellow plates, I might be the second owner. It has minimal rust for a Berlina, mainly a little on the drivers side lower windshield corner and spare tire well.

I'd like $2750, probably not much more than the engine/trans combo is worth. Any less and I'll just pull the engine out and use it in another car and get the $900 this car is probably worth as parts on eBay. I would much rather see it go to a good improvement minded local home. Anyone?
