Yes, and I now know I sold you the wrong car! Come right over and I'll take that little OLD S4 back and I'll put you in a nice NEW 95 LS!

Just want you to know I took the car to a nearby mechanic for an oil change before I put her up for the winter. Mech was recommended as an Alfa specialist and I figured I better investigate in the event I need some work done - turns out he is! Owns a couple duettos and has been working on Alfas forever. Other than a bit of an oil leak (another thread to follow) he called the "OLD S4" one of the most "pristine" Spiders he has ever seen! Thanks for taking such good care of her!

Is this supposed to make me feel good?
Ok, thanks for reminding me once again I sold the wrong car!

Well, FWIW, the 164 I have here is more mint than the spider. People come up to me, look at it, and ask "They brought back Alfa? Is that the new one?"

So, as I said if no one want this one, it won't be so bad if i keep it.

Wish I had the discretional $ at this point to pick up the 164 - sure looks like a terrific car.

Ha ha! I've always been around, but lurking from time to time Sam bought the wheels that are currently on the car from me, and I love his car... so that's why I replied. Yep, still have the S2000. Non-Alfa guilt? No but I sure wish I could have one again someday What's your name? I can't remember you from your screen name here... though I did see you had Bruce and Happy's 164S!!! I LOVED her car!

Thanks, bet you like the wheels!

So, willing to sell car outright, so anyone wishing to make a (reasonable) offer, let me know.
Thanks!

aw geez. This is why I shouldn't even LOOK in the 'for sale' threads when I can't buy. Maybe someone in the west will buy it, then I'll have a chance someday

No we didn't, I once asked you if you had a white 164L. I keep seeing this girl throughout SD and am always driving the opposite way. We always wave but she does not seem to be on the bb.
