Hideous is right

Almost want to email seller to give a piece of my mind (but as the saying goes "I don't have much left"), so I shall refrain.

There is no accounting for some people taste. Looks like something the Trumpster would own.

The exterior was bad enough. Then I saw the interior.

I'm sure it's all just vinyl wraps, guys. Easy enough to remove.

Looking at the tag I could guess that this one can be seen in person parked outside one of those cheeee-keeee night spots alone Collins Ave. in the South Beach area.. (South end of Miami Beach.) Dah place to be seen.. .

You guys just don't understand and appreciate the "nou·veau-riche:

NB: Remember what Art Buchwald said on this topic..
" Nou·veau-riche is better then No-veau-riche"

(Many years ago I would turn the Idle mixture adjustment screw on the Webers in about 1/2 turn then go down Collins Ave at night to hear the back fire of the engine on my 59 Veloce spider resinate between the high rise buildings. )

South Beach was the home of many old retired folks back in the day..

(Little) Washington, NC Incorporated 1776
Red 1959 Spider Conrero Veloce 100,000 miles
sold 1966 ( I had no idea what I had there.)
Red 1967 Spider 100,000 miles sold 1974
Red 1987 Milano 100,000 miles sold 1994
Red 1969 Spider 109,000 Miles in the garage, not for sale. (yet)

We need a law, one that says every male gets a 10 car garage on his 16th birthday so that when he is 60 years old he will never have to say "**** I wish I had never sold that car".
(No, I did not put those "****" up there the system did... )

Question: Do they really make Alfas in any other color then red?

Certainly nothing that I'd do to my 4C. But, you need to give the guy credit for originality and daring to be different. That looks like the same car that was in another forum about six months ago. The owner posted a lot of high detail pictures of it. Very good craftsmanship. I guess he's moving on to another project now.

I had a supervisor that used to use this quote all the time, "The only taste some people have is in their mouth."

I agree, for the most part; however, the subject was "How to ruin a 4C". Intended to be a potential source of ridicule and sometimes caustic comments. Some might even think that a few of the comments might have political content, ruled a nono for this particular forum.

Obviously that subject, and others like it, perhaps should not have been allowed by the moderators to be posted in the first place, to avoid people offering their personal opinions, to avoid potentially insulting someone.

My initial comment was meant to be just a mild and innocent quip about someone, a very public and previously nonpolitical figure, who has been regarded/acknowledged as a little tacky in his decor choices by many in his circle, but obviously some took it as a vile political comment. Was not a political statement. I avoid that on this forum. Have not made one in the total number of posts. Subject closed.
