update:
this is the mock up of the manifold and t25 turbo.
the flange is cut but still needs machining to bore out the holes, and the manifold still needs 1" taken out of it and more of an angle cut to match the head angle then all welded together.
i will also need to get a T4 to T3 flange adapter as the t25 is diffrent falnge to the T3/T4 turbo.

one problem i will have (see one of pics) is that the outlet of the turbo(to inlet of motor) will be very close to the heat of the manifold, is there anyway to make the housing spin around?? i have looked at this but if the housing is spun around the bolts to attach the wastegate will be out of line and the waste gate wont go back on what can i do??
