Pre-purchase inspection in Hatillo, Puerto Rico?
My brother is interested in this 1928 Chrysler 72 (eBay item 150385705673) located in Hatillo, Puerto Rico.
Are there any AlfaBB members with connections to Puerto Rico who could recommend somebody (either a person who is a gearhead/car nut or a company) for a pre-purchase inspection? The PPI would be to verify that the car's condition is as represented rather than an in-depth inspection (my brother has another Chrysler 72 and knows what to look for).
Any help or guidance is appreciated.
