Looks very nice for parked 7 years! Why was it put away? The red looks bright, can't tell how smooth, glossy or thick the paint job is from the pics, as expensive as paint is I'd live with it for a while too if I could.

What chrome are you talking about? I think your car is almost the same as mine. The windshield surround pieces should be pretty self evident - take off the top first. There was some gunk from windshield mounting sticking stuff together on mine after screws were removed. The strips along the side window openings are held on with clips, and will pull straight up if pried gently. I used a curved pic, not a screw driver. The headlight trim rings come straight off as well. Nothing bent, just work slowly around/along the piece with something with no sharp edges to crimp metal or cut through paint.

The brightwork cleans up very nicely!
