Regarding setting the throttle body stop screw, if you don't/didn't have the info on hand:
The screw is there to prevent the butterfly from sticking shut, and not much more beyond helping to ensure that the other control systems can do thier job correctly. (ie: idle bypass assembly)
1) back off the screw 'til the butterfly is completely closed
2) tighten the screw until the butterfly just comes off fully closed (dial indicator would be a good helper tool here as you only need a few thousandths/couple minutes of angle deflection)
3) adjust TPS so that there's contact at the idle position switch
4) with fully warm engine, set idle speed to 950 +/- 50 using the idle air bypass assembly (don't trust the tach if you have other means of measuring rpm)
