Nothing better to do on a Sunday afternoon with 85 degree temperature and 85 percent humidity than cleaning the fuse box connections. Before I did this, my Voltmeter which ran off a wire from under the dash, ran about 1 volt less than the output directly at the battery. Now we appear to be the same.
