Let's not have another Jungle Justice vs all of Texas or a Dretecerini v. Mr. O on this board, please. I can see where both of you have positions that could be defensible. However, it would seem that there might be outside witnesses. I personally know that a windshield can be broken trying to install it, doggone it. And I doubt anyone would have the garbonzos to ship a windshield that was defective to start with. Who else saw the product either before shipping or upon receiving it? And was the packing done well? Please keep speaking directly to each other so you can finally solve it, and leave the ALFABB board out of it. We like you both.
