Als je het weet niet :)

GTD,

first of all thanks again for your reply!

I noticed that the title of your reply was in Dutch

I think I know how it works now. I am still a little bit wondering on how the fabric of the drape ends should finish but I think I'll give it a try, it can't be that hard to see what looks the best. So thanks again for your and George's info.

You have a sharp eye, yes the rear bumper section is for a 750. My 101 rear piece was too far gone and I found this one so I made it to fit this car (very very much work!!) I now understand why there are numbers on all those pieces... But...when finished and rechromed I found out that there was a difference between the both....completely overlooked by me at first. Since I didn't want to spend big bucks and lots of time again I came to some sort of acceptance with it.... Unfortunately this also goes for the licenseplate holder, which is (in my opinion) far more uglier than the ones for the 101's..that is..in Holland the licenseplates are a bit smaller than the holders...so looks weird...but that's my opinion.... To complete the list of abnormalities, the seats are also off...I don't know which model they represent but they are slighly different than the original ones...

Concerning your suggestion that it probably was fitted like George's car, this is not the case. The holes for the trim look original and there is no sign of a cross chassis wire what so ever. Furthermore this drape came with the car. So my best guess is that this is original.

If anyone has pics of GTD's marked area..you would make me a happy man!!

Tnx
