I don't disagree that a complete restoration of a 750 could easily run $50K - and that assumes that the owner does a lot of the work himself. But, does the car at Brighton Motorsports really need that much additional work? I recognize that the steering wheel, seats, and gauges are wrong, and yea, the hole for the battery cut-off needs filling in. But, how would the tab get as high as $50,000.00? I'm not defending the car as perfect (or even worth the $33K asking price) - I'm just wondering what you see that I am missing.
