Depending on the deal, I'd like in on this. I've seen an installation in Mexico with the thinner glass, and it looked quite nice. I saw no gaps or voids around the gasket. It may be that an artfully applied silicone along the inside of the glass at the gasket would make any gap invisible in any case. It may also be that a slightly thinner glass would make it just a bit more flexible aiding in the installation. In either case, if there is a high-confidence in making the Securitivo glass fit (I'm doing a 102), then I'm interested.
