They were rusted to the point that the pads were fixed in place.
The front were being used exclusively and did a good job with braking.
Now these rebuilds are coated with Eastwoods Crystal Diamond extreme clear, impervious to brake fluid and can take heat up to 600 degrees F. Hopefully they will not rust as fast.

All rears on the 164s 1991-1995 are Girling 38mm
Fronts on 1994-1995 are Lucas 57mm
Fronts on 1991-1993 are Girling 54mm (2 types, early and late)
