Here's a photo of my recent rebuilds. They are off a 94 LS , the rears are the same for all the 164's. The caliper mount bracket say's LUCAS on the other side.

They were rusted to the point that the pads were fixed in place.
The front were being used exclusively and did a good job with braking.

Now these rebuilds are coated with Eastwoods Crystal Diamond extreme clear, impervious to brake fluid and can take heat up to 600 degrees F. Hopefully they will not rust as fast.
