Different tastes I guess. I already had 150lb/inch springs and I found them to be not nearly stiff enough. I just remembered I'm using 350lb/inch in the rear, which is too stiff, but not that far off. Will be trying 250-280 next and am hoping that should be ideal for my car (very heavy, not a stripped track car.)

Also, do you know what kind of sway bars I have? What kind of tires I am running? How heavy my car is? Ideal spring rates can change drastically based on those variables (and others) as well as what kind of tracks we have out in California. At any rate, if anyone reading is interested I hope to eventually report back with my findings about what has been working for me and what hasn't. If I end up using 180lb springs, I'll surely note it and give credit where it is due.
