Last week I sent the gearbox off to be refurbished - I was having to double-declutch when changing down to third and second, so I thought it fair to assume I had at least two shot synchros. After asking for a quote on Tuesday 21 I was surprised on Friday to be told it was ready and would cost X - As it happened a fairly reasonable price for 4 x synchro rings and front and rear seals.

Rather annoyingly, I did not take a 'before' photo, but I thought it came back looking pretty tidy (I'll have to wait and see how it performs):
